WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

In Belgium and the Netherlands, delivery time is maximum 2 days. All products that are in stock, can be shipped quickly. Is your size no longer available? Send an email to info@mywhitecotton.be and we will inform you when it is available again. *During busy periods or during the holidays, shipping may be delayed.

CAN I TRY ON THE GARMENTS?

We offer a flexible return policy. Purchases made can be returned within 30 days, if the clothing is in new condition and unwashed. We do our best to minimize returns as transport does impact our environment. If you're unsure about your purchase, you can try on the garment in-store to ensure the perfect fit before making a decision. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

You will find a size chart with each product for reference. Please note that the garments are made from organic materials and can shrink up to 5% after the first wash. All important information regarding washing instructions is printed inside the garment.

WHERE ARE THE GARMENTS PRODUCED? ARE THEY EXPENSIVE?

Organic cotton garment production in Europe adheres to stringent environmental and social standards. European suppliers prioritize sustainable practices throughout the supply chain, from cultivation to final garment assembly. The quality of each item is thoroughly checked. This commitment ensures that each one of our organic cotton piece not only meets high-quality standards but also supports ethical and eco-friendly principles locally and globally.

My White Cotton is committed to fair wages for workers a fair price for our distributors. Our pieces are produced in Europe which is unique in the world of cotton production.

WHAT FABRICS ARE THE GARMENTS MADE OF? WHAT ABOUT THE QUALITY?

Our fabric is 95% organic cotton and 5% elastane.
The fabrics are carefully selected based on quality, color, softness, strength, transparency, … We handpicked a fine thread, woven to achieve the perfect fabric thickness: not too heavy or too light.

We offer two different densities: 180g and 195g. This is specified with every product.

WHAT COLORS RANGE DOES MY WHITE COTTON HAVE?

Our fabrics are a natural shade of white.
We intentionally opt for white fabrics, though this choice may evolve over time ;)

CAN MY WHITE COTTON BE TUMBLE DRIED? WHAT ARE THE WASHING INSTRUCTIONS? MUST THE T-SHIRTS BE IRONED?

Each My White Cotton garment can be washed at 40°. However, we recommend you wash them at 30° if they are not very dirty, as they will last longer. Keep in mind that the organic fabric can shrink up to 5% after washing. All important information regarding washing instructions is printed on the neck of the t-shirt. You may put the garments in the dryer, but remember that this will shorten the life of your clothing. Are you short on time? Don’t worry, a tumble dry now and then won't hurt.
