Where to find your ORDER number/
The order number is located at the top of your invoice, next to the order date.

Returns
At My White Cotton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy return process.
/01/ Deadlines:
For online purchases, you have 14 days from the shipping date to complete your return.
/02/ conditions:
Items must be in original condition. A €5 return fee will be deducted from your refund.
/03/ how to return:
To request a return, fill out the return form below with your details, including the order number and product. Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive an email with instructions for returning your item, including a pre-paid return label for easy shipping. Drop off the items at the designated Bpost service point within the return deadline.
